PURE the Clean Planet Trust is a charity that was formed by a group of like-minded people who wanted to make a real difference to the fight against climate change. PURE provides funding to communities in the UK and the developing world to reduce carbon emissions and improve their quality of life. The funding we provide to communities across the UK enables local groups to install renewable energy technologies and energy efficiency measures, reducing their carbon footprint and generating new revenue streams for community activities. The projects PURE supports in the developing world meet the highest carbon offsetting standards, have proven carbon savings and help some of the poorest people on the planet.
